Career

Frank enjoyed the second million-dollar training season of his career in 2010 and won a career-best 55 races...The Lindy Reserve won the Peter Haughton Memorial to lead the way while Coco Lindy won a consolation division of the Colonial Trot and Brooklyn won a division of the Bluegrass Stakes...He also made news for marketing low-cost shares in 2-year-old trotter Bourbon Slush as a means of attracting new owners and was honored in March with a President’s Award from the USTA…The highlight of 2009 came when Highscore Kemp won the $130,000 Filly World Trotting Derby at Du Quoin and became history’s fastest 3-year-old filly on a mile oval with a time of 1:51.4…He enjoyed a career year in 2008, with his pupils banking $1,438,534, thanks in large part to the 3-year-old trotting colt Crazed…The colt won eight of 14 races and banked $1,057,793, with major wins in the $500,000 Colonial Trot and $259,275 Matron…Crazed also picked up second-place checks in the $1.5 million Hambletonian final and $273,600 second heat of the Kentucky Futurity…Trains his stable at the family farm outside Hartford, Conn.
